Do I need a HARCOUR account to place an order?

You can place an order without creating an account, by choosing the "checkout as guest" option.

Be sure to check your delivery address and contact details.


What is HARCOUR Club?

How do I subscribe to the Newsletter?

To subscribe to the Newsletter, go to the bottom of the page, right insert. Enter your e-mail in the box, then Validate.


I lost my Password

If you want to reset your password, just click on "log in" from the "My Account" pictogram at the top right of the homepage . You will then have to click on the "forgot password" link. You will receive an email telling you the process to follow.


I want to change my personal information

By clicking on the "My Account" pictogram at the top right of the home page, then on the "information" choice, you have the possibility of changing your contact details, as well as as your password.


ORDER AND DELIVERY


Will I receive an order confirmation?

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.


I have a promotional code

If you have a promotional code, enter it in the "Promo Code" box on the right side of your "Cart" page.

Attention, two promotional codes, or a promotional code and an offer in progress on the website cannot be combined.


Can I pay for my order with a gift card?

In the email containing the Gift Card you received, there is a Promotional Code for the amount of the Gift. Use this Promotional code, as indicated in the previous paragraph.

Rest assured, if the amount of your order is less than that of your gift, you can use the remaining balance on a future order.


Can I change or cancel my order before it ships?

Alas, it is not possible to modify or cancel an order.

We are doing everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, we invite you to contact Customer Service as soon as possible on 09 72 31 02 15 or on client@harcour.fr in order to that one of our collaborators can help you.

If we were unable to modify your order in time, you will have the opportunity to exercise your right of withdrawal, by sending us the package once you receive it.


When will I receive my order?

HARCOUR takes 1 to 2 working days to prepare your order (excluding weekends). The package is then handed over to the carrier.

The average delivery time is 2 to 3 working days if you choose Colissimo Point Relais or Colissimo à Domicile, and it is on average 1 working day for an Express TNT order . Please note that these deadlines can sometimes be delayed, and are unfortunately beyond our control.


I haven't received my order

We invite you to consult the tracking of your package, via the email received by the Carrier. You will find a link telling you where your package is.


PRODUCT RETURNS


How do I return an item(s) from my order?

You can return the item(s) to us using the withdrawal form


When can I make a return

You have 30 days after confirming your order to return one or more items to us

By exception, this period is extended to 60 days for the Christmas period (from 01/11 to 01/01).

All returns will be accepted if the returned items are in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, labeled, accompanied by their completed return form (you will find it in your package).


I purchased an item during the Sale. Can I return it?

Yes, our return policy is the same for Sale items. You have 30 days after placing your order to return it to us.

The only items that are not accepted for return are items in the "Green Spirit" category.


What can I choose when returning?

You can choose to refund the returned item(s).

You can request an exchange, it will be made within the limits of available stocks. If the desired item is not possible we will offer you a refund.

In the event of an exchange, we will send you the new package to the same address as the one chosen when you placed your order.


How will I know my return has been processed?

When your return has been processed, you will receive a call or email notifying you that your request has been processed.
