You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your purchase from Harcour.fr.
Depending on the method of reimbursement chosen, the cost of return may be covered.
You can choose between two refund methods.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, with all original accessories and tags. If not, the return may be refused.
** For purchases made in Harcour boutiques - on another website or partner - competitions or trade shows: please contact your retailer to process your request.
SPECIFIC CONDITIONS :
Some of our items, due to their specific characteristics, must comply with the following conditions in order to be returned:
- Accessories: must be returned in their complete original bag or packaging.
- Batches: items that form part of a batch must be returned together.
- Specific packaging and additional accessories: items that come with specific packaging (cloth bag, dedicated box, jacket cover, etc.) or contain additional accessories must be returned with the latter and in their original condition.
- Harka helmets cannot be returned or exchanged.
** If you are returning your entire order and have received a gift, this must also be returned.
RETURN SEVERAL ORDERS:
With Rever return support, you can only return items from the same order.
MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR RETURN REQUEST:
- If your return request has not been finalized, you can return to the previous pages to modify your choices.
- If you've changed your mind and decided not to return the item indicated in your request, you don't need to do anything. We only process returns once we have received them.
- Once your request has been validated, if you wish to modify a choice or an item, please contact us to check the feasibility of your request.

We offer convenient and advantageous conditions for making a request and generating your return label.
You can only access Rever returns support if the delivery address of your order is one of the countries indicated:
You always have access to your order information in your account at My orders. Click on Details to access the information.
- Indicate your order reference "in LETTERS" as well as your e-mail address.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Select the reason for return
- Enter your address
- Select the type of refund: e-gift card or standard refund
- Select the return method
- Download your return label from the e-mail and print it out
- Choose your nearest drop-off point
If you don't want to keep the original packaging, you can return your order in a different one, as long as it's well sealed to avoid losing the items.
It is not necessary to write a return address on your parcel, nor to enclose a printed receipt or return form.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as we have processed your return.
REFUND :
Make your return request via Rever support.
You can choose between two refund methods:
- E-gift card: in this case, the return costs are free and you will receive a "voucher" to use on the Harcour.fr website.
- Standard refund: the €7 return shipping cost is automatically deducted from the amount you originally paid.
Once we have processed your return package, we will proceed with the refund.
The refund will be made to the same method of payment used for your original order.
The bank processing time may take several days (+ weekends, public holidays...), count on average 7 days to receive it.
If you initially paid using a Gift Card or Promotional Code, you will receive a new Code that you can use on our online site.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as we have processed your request.
** If there is no refund in your account 7 days after your return has been processed, please contact us so that we can verify the transaction.
You can track the progress of your return by visiting the carrier's website and entering your package number.
The parcel number can be seen on the dispatch note you printed out and affixed to your parcel when you finalized your return request.
The average transit time is 7 working days. In the event of an anomaly, please do not hesitate to contact us.
All our products are guaranteed for 6 months. They undergo strict quality controls to ensure that you receive and enjoy them in the best possible condition.
In spite of this, if you have received a faulty item in your order, or if after using it you detect a defect, we advise you to contact us.
