CREATE AN ACCOUNT:
Go to the icon at the top right of the website: My Account à Register à Fill in the requested information à Save.
You will receive a text message to finalise your registration. Click on the link provided.

LOG IN/LOG OUT:
If you have an account, log in by entering your email address and password.
To log out and exit securely, you can do so from the icon at the top right of the site à Log out.

CHANGE MY PASSWORD:
Log in by clicking on the My Account icon, then on "My personal information" and finally on "New password".
** Passwords must contain at least 5 characters.
- I can't log in / I've forgotten my password:
Check that the email address and password you entered are correct.
If you have forgotten your password: My Account à Log in à Forgotten password à Enter your email address.
You will receive an email to reset your password. Follow the instructions.

- I haven't received the password reset email:
Make sure the email address you provided is correct.
We also recommend checking your spam folder.
If you still haven't received it, please contact us.
CHANGING YOUR PERSONAL DATA:
Log in to your account, then click on "My personal information" and then "Change the desired information".
** If you change your mobile number, you cannot do this yourself.
Please contact us directly so that your Club points and benefits are taken into account.
DELETE MY ACCOUNT:
If you wish to delete your account and remove your personal data, please contact us.
By becoming a member of the HARCOUR Club, you gain access to numerous benefits thanks to the points you collect and depending on the status you achieve:

If you are already a registered user, this option will appear in your account.
You earn points when you make purchases on our website and in our Harcour stores: Versailles, Boulogne, La Baule, Lille, Le Touquet, Le Mans, Lyon, Angers, Rennes, Rouen, Fontainebleau.
Remember to identify yourself as a Club customer when making purchases.
The points you earn will be credited to your account as soon as your order is shipped. Points are valid for one year.
Points will be debited from your account after one year, on the anniversary date of each order.
Referrals: points will be credited to your account and that of your new referral when their first order is shipped.
Exchange: points will remain active on your account.
Refund: points will be deducted from your account as soon as the refund is made.

If you wish to update your preferences or unsubscribe, go to the bottom of the newsletter you received by email.
In your WISHLIST, you can save your favourite items and always have them at your fingertips.
It's very simple to use: every time you click on the WISHLIST icon, you will add that item to your list. From the list, you can delete items whenever you want using option 3, "delete".
To finalise your purchase, click on the item, add it to your basket and follow the usual steps to complete your purchase.
Gift cards cannot be added to the WISHLIST.
