- Add items to your basket, choose where you would like to receive them and complete payment.
- The delivery address and billing address of your order may be different.

Here are the statuses your order will go through:
- Payment accepted: you have validated your order and payment. It will be sent to the warehouse for preparation
- Pre-order: your order will be prepared as soon as we receive the items in stock
- Shipped: your order has been prepared and received by the carrier
- Delivered: you have received your order
- Cancelled: your order has been cancelled
- Partial refund: part of your order has been refunded
- Refunded: your entire order has been refunded
- Another status appears: Contact customer service. There is probably an anomaly that could block your order.
In the shopping cart, you can view the contents of your purchase, modify or delete items and quantities from your order.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the stock of items in the shopping cart, if the purchase has not been finalized.
If the stock of an item runs out before your order is validated, this information will be displayed in the shopping cart.
If you have one or more promotional codes, enter them in the "Promotional Code" box in your basket and click on "Add".

ORDER MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
We advise you to contact us to confirm the feasibility of your request.
We remind you that it will not be possible to cancel or modify your order if it is in the process of being processed and prepared.
In this case, you will have the possibility of exercising your right of withdrawal, by returning the parcel to us as soon as you have received it. You can return your order via our Coliback support.
We do not reimburse the price difference on items purchased at a certain price and subsequently discounted.
