  • Add items to your basket, choose where you want them delivered and make your payment.

  • Once you have completed your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with all the information about your order.
  • You can track your order using the link provided in the emails or by clicking on Details in My Orders in your account, where you will find the tracking link.

You will receive updates on the status of your order by email.

Here are the statuses your order will go through:

  • Payment accepted: you have confirmed your order and payment. It has been sent to the warehouse for preparation.
  • Pre-order: your order will be prepared upon receipt of the items in our stock.
  • Shipped: your order has been prepared and received by the carrier.
  • Delivered: you have received your order.
  • Cancelled: your order has been cancelled.
  • Partial refund: part of your order has been refunded.
  • Refunded: your entire order has been refunded.
  • Another status appears: Contact customer service. There is probably an issue that may be blocking your order.

In the basket, you can view the contents of your purchase, modify or remove items and quantities from your order.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of items in the shopping basket if the purchase has not been finalised.

If an item is out of stock before your order is confirmed, this information will be displayed in the basket.
