You can track your parcel by clicking on the link in your e-mail or in your account at My orders. Click on Details to access the tracking link.

We try to deliver anywhere in the world. If your delivery address has a restriction, you will only have access to the carriers active at the time you select your shipping method.
UNCOLLECTED ORDER - DELIVERY ANOMALY - PARCEL TRACKING
Common reasons for non-receipt of tracking information:
Don't forget to check first:
- In your SPAM mailbox
- Is your customer account information correct (telephone number, e-mail address, etc.)?
** Any changes will only be taken into account for your next order.
RETURNED PACKAGE :
Your parcel has not been received by you within the allotted time and is indicated as a return shipper on the tracking system: on receipt at our premises, we will contact you by e-mail so that we can proceed with reshipment.
If you do not reply within 24 hours, your items will be refunded and returned to stock. We will send you a confirmation e-mail.
PARCEL ANOMALY :
Undelivered parcel:
If your parcel appears as delivered, but you have not received it, please send us all the details by e-mail in PDF format: [email protected]
Damaged or incomplete parcel:
If you notice a problem with the delivery of your parcel and it is damaged or incomplete, please report the problem to the delivery person or to the collection point at the time of receipt, and also send us all the details by e-mail in PDF format: [email protected]

- Description of the general condition of the package and any anomalies to be indicated on the certificate
- Photos of the condition of your parcel on arrival
- Photos of the shipping label
- Copy of both sides of your identity card
