PAYMENT METHODS

We offer the following payment methods:

Apple Pay (via Iphone smartphones)
PayPlug: French payment solution that enables you to pay for your online purchases securely with all major bank cards. Solution from the Banques Populaires group.
PayPal: you can pay for your purchases securely with your PayPal compet.
Stripe: for payments from abroad, pay by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna 3x Payment, Bancontact, Mobil Epay, EPS, Ideal.

PAYMENT

Your purchase will be billed and debited from your account when your order is validated.

If you have paid by gift card, payment will be made when you finalize your purchase.

Some banks operate a deferred payment system: a pre-authorization is displayed, and the actual charges are billed later. The pre-authorization is released automatically. If this is not the case, we recommend that you contact your bank to speed up the release of the pre-authorization.

INVOICE

You can view your invoices in PDF format by logging into your customer area à my account à My orders

As a company, if you want your company's details to appear on the invoice, you must create an address with details :

From your customer account à my account à Manage my addresses
Or from your shopping cart: Order à in tab 2: click on "Add a new address" à enter the details to tick the box "Use this address also for invoicing"
