The clinic will take place at the Pôle Européen du Cheval – Bouleries Jump (Yvré-l'Évêque), an exceptional venue dedicated to equestrian excellence.

Riders may sleep in their trucks, with free access to showers and restrooms.

Electric charging points are available in all parking areas (tokens available from the automatic machine near the entrance – €2 for 6 hours, EU adapter required).

Accommodation is also available directly on-site: view available lodging.

A warm-up area is accessible from the evening before for riders wishing to arrive early.

Stalls can be booked as a package for the duration of the clinic, with arrival possible the evening before and departure the day after (to be specified at registration).

Hay and straw must be reserved as an add-on via the link provided after pre-registration confirmation — no purchases can be made on-site.

Each day will bring together a maximum of 15 riders, grouped by level, to ensure optimal supervision. The number of participants is deliberately limited to guarantee quality coaching and optimal working conditions. In the event of high demand, a draw will be made among pre-registered applicants.

Each day will include:

1. A welcome breakfast with all participants, the Harcour team, and Patrice Delaveau to get acquainted,
2. Two riding sessions supervised by Patrice Delaveau (a flatwork session in the morning, and a course in the afternoon),
3. A convivial lunch shared with the riders and Patrice Delaveau,
4. Dedicated exchange sessions to deepen technique and experience.

Each rider must come with their own horse (no horse will be provided by Harcour).

The clinic fee is tiered according to your loyalty status. Payment is made upon registration confirmation.

Members may bring guests with no limit on numbers.

Accompanying guest meals are offered at €25.98 per person, to be booked in advance via the link provided upon registration confirmation.

*Any refund request made less than two weeks before the event date cannot be processed.

A WhatsApp group will be created before the clinic to facilitate exchanges and communication between participants.

The Harcour boutique will also be open on-site throughout the day, managed by Sandrine.

Pre-registrations are open until February 6, 2026. Selected participants will then be contacted by email.

After this period, a payment link will be sent to selected members to definitively confirm their participation.
