The clinic will take place at Pôle Européen du Cheval – Bouleries Jump (Yvré-l’Évêque), an exceptional venue dedicated to equestrian excellence.
Riders may sleep in their trucks, with free access to showers and restrooms.
Electrical hookups are available in all parking areas (tokens sold at the vending machine before reception – €2 for 6 hours; EU adapter required).
Accommodations are also available on-site: view available accommodations.
A warm-up arena is available starting the day before for riders who would like to settle in early.
Stalls can be booked as a package for the duration of the clinic, with arrival possible the day before and departure the day after it ends (please specify when registering).
Hay and straw must be reserved at an additional cost through the link sent after pre-registration is confirmed — nothing can be purchased on-site.
Each day will bring together no more than 15 riders, grouped by skill level to ensure optimal coaching. The number of participants is deliberately limited to provide quality coaching and the best possible training conditions. If demand is high, participants will be selected by lottery from those who pre-register.
Each day will include:
- A welcome breakfast with all participants, the Harcour team and Romain Duguet to get to know one another,
- Two riding sessions coached by Romain Duguet (a flatwork session in the morning and a course in the afternoon),
- A relaxed lunch with the riders and Romain Duguet,
- Dedicated time for discussion to deepen your technique and experience.
Each rider must bring their own horse (Harcour will not provide horses).
The clinic fee decreases according to your loyalty status. Payment is due when registration is confirmed.
Members may bring as many guests as they like.
Guest meals are available for €25.98 per person and must be reserved in advance using the link provided when registration is confirmed.
A WhatsApp group will be created before the clinic to make it easier for participants to connect and communicate.
The Harcour store will also be open on-site all day, with Sandrine on hand.
Pre-registration is open until October 15, 2026. Selected participants will then be contacted by email.
After this period, selected members will receive a payment link to confirm their participation.
Spaces are limited, so we recommend registering soon to enjoy this unique experience under the best possible conditions.
