Frequently Asked Questions: 

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your purchase made on Harcour.fr.

Submit your return request via Rever support.

  • Our returns policy is the same for sale items and discounted items. You can choose between two refund methods:
  • E-gift card: in this case, return shipping is free.

Standard refund: return shipping costs of £7 will be automatically deducted from the amount you originally paid.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, with all original accessories and labels. If this is not the case, the return may be refused.

** For purchases made in Harcour stores, on another website or partner site, or at a competition or trade show, please contact your sales assistant to process your request.

You can track your parcel using the link provided in the emails or in your account à My Orders à Click on Details to access the tracking link.

You can track your return shipment by visiting the website of your chosen carrier and entering your parcel number.

The parcel number can be found on the shipping label that you printed and affixed to your parcel when you finalised your return request.

The average transit time is 7 working days. If there are any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.
