All products are guaranteed 6 months*.

If you find an issue during the product warranty period and as part of normal use, you can make a request to take care of your product in after sales service.

Where did you buy your product?

Purchase on our website www.harcour.fr

Can you send us the following information, in order to process your request as soon as possible:

- picture of the defect
- Proof of purchase (scan or photo)
- Item name / color / size
- Fault found

Purchase from a Harcour retailer

We advise you to directly contact the saddlery shop where you made your purchase, to set out your request.

For your information, we entrust our shops to independent proxy managers who, as part of their company, have all autonomy in the commercial management of the shop for which they are responsible, in particular as regards the returns of items.

Know that more often there are not refund but exchange or credit note.

As a reminder, you have to bring proof of purchase (receipt, blue card ticket, account statement).

* Read the warranty exclusion reminder in the General Terms and Conditions of Sales.

** In order to adopt an ecological and responsible approach, we opt for, as far as possible, repairs of our defectives products. The exchanges depend on available stock, if we don’t have your item in our stock, we will offer you a credit note for the same value. Although we will do everything to process to you request as soon as possible, it may take up to 2 days for your item to take time.
